Heavy duty all steel construction means the unit can easily withstand the rigours of daily use on factory and construction sites. With all steel construction and a footprint size of 900mm sq it provides a stable platform for equipment reducing the risk of falling cylinders compared to traditional cylinder trolleys.
Forklift pockets all around and lifting eye are standard.
The unit houses two oxygen and one fuel gas cylinder providing extended cutting time
in-between cylinder changeovers. Regulators are mounted on a manifold assembly and
cylinder connections are via flexible hoses. This reduces the risk of damage during
cylinder change over. Very often in cutting applications regulators without gauges
are fitted due to the risk of damage and frequency of replacement. With our system
twin gauge regulators are a more viable option enhancing safety. Two of the major
causes of flashbacks are incorrect pressure settings and damaged equipment.
